          The room was super comfy and had a great view. Loved the spacious layout and the big TV. The fitness center had good equipment and the spa offered relaxing massages. Breakfast was on point with fresh pastries and great coffee. The staff were really helpful and made everything easy for us.

          we had an amazing stay at eurostars! the staff was so friendly and helped us with everything. the hotel is clean and in a peaceful area, just 5 minutes from shops and restaurants. the gym had state-of-the-art equipment, and we loved the relaxing traditional swedish massage at the spa.

          Listen, I stayed one night after a business trip and the service was great. I called down for room service and they brought me exactly what I wanted without any hassle.

          Just an excellent fit for a short layover in Madrid with high value for money. Ramon at the Lobby Bar was super polite and made my evening enjoyable. Try to get a room on a higher floor for a great view.

          We loved the clean, beautiful rooms and the breathtaking views. We explored the Royal Palace and enjoyed great food at nearby restaurants. Just a heads up, it’s a bit of a trek to major attractions, but the metro access makes it easier. Highly recommend it!

          We did have a little hiccup with the housekeeping. one day we didn’t get fresh towels and had to make do with hand towels. It was a bit frustrating, but overall it didn’t ruin our stay.

          Had a lovely stay! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the city views were positively inviting. The amenities were nice. I especially enjoyed the lounge food, which was superb!
